Pay Online and Submit Application for Review
- Copies of your qualifications as they relate to the modality(s) you are teaching**
- Teaching qualifications including Training and Assessment, Diploma of Education, or similar (if applicable)
- Two formal letters of reference from students, clients, or peers testifying to your expertise. References must include: person’s full legal name, phone number or email address, and a statement about your expertise as it relates to the modality(s) you are applying for. Facebook/Google reviews and testimonials will not be accepted
- The student intake form you use to enrol new students
- The client intake form you provide your students to use in their practice
- Detailed outline of your course curriculum including: core components, number of hours, assessments, and mode of delivery. You may also like to include your school prospectus***
- Training manual(s). All training manuals must include scope of practice, client management, and contraindications. A non-disclosure agreement is available upon request
- Sample certificate issued to graduates (one per course): must include name of business/school, student’s legal name, name of modality, duration of course/number of hours, date and year, instructor/director/principal signature
- Insurance certificate of currency, which must list the modalities you are covered to practice and/or teach
- Driver’s license or official photo identification
- Proof of business operations/registration from the government in a country where IICT operates
- Refunds policy for your course(s)
- Complaint/grievance policy to address complaints by students, employees, suppliers, and customers. Your policy must include a provision for the engagement of an external mediator in the event a dispute cannot be resolved internally
- Company logo in JPEG or PNG format
- You will be required to complete a modality application. Be sure to have information relating to your course such as course hours, prerequisites, mode-of-delivery, assessments, and provisions for risk mitigation. If you have created a new modality, you will need to provide a description of the modality and detailed treatment description*
- First-aid certificate (if applicable)
- Child consent form and working with children check (if applicable)
- Correspondence/licenses from the governing body or copyright owner of a trademarked modality to prove you are authorised to teach this modality(s) (if applicable)
* International modality recognition is subject to approval by regional insurance partners; regulation of protected titles; and regional/state training requirements. It is your responsibility to be aware of any License(s), Registration(s), and regional/state training requirements in the countries/regions in which you are teaching your course(s).

** In order to become a Training Provider, you must be fully qualified in the modality(s) you are teaching and practicing for a minimum of three to five years. Your qualifications must meet or surpass IICT’s minimum training requirements. Some modalities have minimum teaching requirements or require a Trainer’s certification. Please include a copy of your resume/CV if relevant.
*** Your courses must be practitioner level and meet our minimum training requirements. Continued Professional Development/Education courses are not accepted.

To become an IICT Training Provider, you must hold a current public liability and professional indemnity insurance policy. This can be with IICT’s insurance partners or another insurance provider of your choosing.

FAQs
Q – How long will it take for my application to be processed?
On average, application processing takes up to 12 weeks, but may vary. Processing begins when your application reaches the front of the queue, and not from the date of payment.
Q – Will I receive a refund if my Training Provider application is unsuccessful?
If your application is unsuccessful, we will refund the Training Provider plan fee. However, please note that there is also an application fee (which will be outlined at the time of application) which is non-refundable. As such, prior to applying, please contact the Training Provider Services team on +61 2 5629 7777 or atpsupport@myiict.com to verify that your course meets our minimum training requirements.
