Max is a local to the Byron Shire, he worked in hospitality and travelled extensively before returning to Australia and becoming a community service worker. Max worked for many years as a drug and alcohol counsellor and brings this depth of experience to the role. Max has now returned to the Byron shire and thoroughly enjoys the nature, healthy lifestyle and culture the area has to offer.
