Inner Gift Resourcing (IGR)

Regions Approved: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, United States
Training Provider: Endorphina Creative

Inner Gift Resourcing (IGR) is a gentle energy balancing process which can be beneficial for reducing emotional stress and for restoring healthy personal boundaries. IGR combines elements of energy clearing, parts integration and resourced drawing with the intention to clear self-sabotaging beliefs, reduce emotional stressors and diffuse internal discord.

Inner Gift Resourcing can help clients to safely return foreign energy imprints into their family lines, past lives and other origins without revisiting traumatic memories or triggering intense feeling states.

Pinda Sveda

Regions Approved: Australia, New Zealand, Canada

Pinda Sveda is a unique Ayurvedic bodywork modality where the practitioner uses their hands and wrists to hold a bundle filled with Ayurvedic spices and ingredients to massage the body.

The bundles use a variety of safe ingredients, leaves, and spices suited to the clients needs, to encourage deep nourishment. Warmth, pressure and oil are applied simultaneously in this treatment and is ideal for strengthening the neuromuscular system, strengthening the soft tissue, joints and muscle, reducing inflammation and is often used in degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis.

The Emotion Memory Pattern Release (EMPR) Method

The EMPR Method is a full integration technique and an elegantly simple way that can help to rapidly release trauma, harnessing the power of allowing healing both in the mind and the body. It is divided into three segments which are A) Becoming B) Being and C) Unbecoming.

Sandtray Therapy

Regions Approved: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom
Training Provider: Opengate Institute

Sandtray therapy enables the client to construct their own microcosm using miniature toys and colored sand. A reflection of the individual’s inner world and/or wider life might be produced in the scene created, which can support them to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and gain greater insight to themselves.

Reflexology Massage

Regions Approved: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom

Reflexology dates back thousands of years; however, modern reflexology was first pioneered by Dr. William Fitzgerald, and was later refined by physiotherapist Eunice Ingham. Eunice discovered reflexes on the feet were an exact mirror image of organs in the body. By using acupressure on these specific points, a positive effect was created in the corresponding body part.

Reflexology can be applied to the feet, hands, face and ears and can assist the body to clear blockages and re-establish energy flow and balance.

Reflexology massage is the use of reflexology to complement a massage or other complementary therapy treatment to enhance relaxation, reduce pain and psychological symptoms and improve sleep.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Regions Approved: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) is an evidence-based program offering secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Mindfulness training is a practical approach that trains attention, allowing people to cultivate awareness and to have more choices. MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga, and exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action. Mindfulness can be understood as the non-judgemental acceptance and “open-hearted” investigation of present moment experiences. MBSR training includes awareness of body sensations, internal mental states, thoughts, emotions, impulses, and memories. This reduces stress and anxiety and increases well-being.
