Natalie was born and raised in Perth, Australia. She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Public Relations & Journalism whilst working in the media, publishing & NFP sectors. She travelled extensively throughout her study years and beyond, instantly fell in love with India, and has since revisited multiple times.

After working with numerous NFP organisations and following her passion for humanitarian health & healing, she became an Ayurvedic Medicine practitioner, studied Yoga Teaching & Philosophy and created her own herbal tea line. Natalie is always looking for new books, courses of study and places for spiritual immersion. She loves anywhere she can be barefoot on the earth, with a coffee in hand and a laugh to be shared.
