Rachel originally studied Health Science in Western Australia, but eventually found herself more drawn to holistic therapies and natural wellness. Since then, she has been particularly interested in the Vedic sciences, with ten years experience as an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist.
Rachel is a keen yogi and loves dancing Brazilian Zouk, surfing and enjoying adventures in nature in her spare time.
