Born in the scenic mountains of Colorado, USA, Brett discovered Byron Bay in 1994 and has called it home permanently since 2000. With a diverse career spanning decades, Brett co-founded Anahata Retreat Centre in Golden Bay, NZ, taught snowboarding in Snowmass, Colorado, and managed the Permaforest Trust in Northern NSW, delivering accredited Permaculture training.
Before joining IICT, Brett thrived in real estate for 19 years, building trusted client relationships and a reputation for exceptional service in the Byron Shire. Rooted in values of care, connection, and sustainability, Brett brings a unique, people-focused perspective to everything he does.
Brett’s passions include spending quality time with his family, traveling, adventure, and being in nature.
