Learn more about Kinesiology
Kinesiology stems from Chiropractic and Applied Kinesiology. Translated it means the ‘study of movement.’
Kinesiology uses muscle testing (biofeedback) to determine the causation of ‘imbalances’ in the body including physical, emotional, biochemical, or spiritual. In doing so, stories and beliefs held by the disembodied mind are bypassed, and methods that help bring the body back into balance can be determined.
Kinesiologists support their clients to find and transform the root cause of imbalances through techniques such as subconscious realigning, acupressure, nutrition, coaching, muscle or structural rebalancing and emotional clearing.
Kinesiology is truly holistic and can be used to address a multitude of disorders including stress, muscular disorders, nervous disorders, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, learning and behavioural difficulties and emotional issues.
