If you are in Australia or New Zealand, the process is:
Join as a student or as a qualified practitioner. Once you’ve chosen your membership level, you will need to upload copies of your qualifications/supporting documents, select your insurance package (optional) and then process payment.
Our team will then review your application and get back to you within 3-5 business days. We will be in contact via email within this time frame, either advising of your approval or requesting further information.
If you are outside of Australia or New Zealand, the process is:
Join as a student or as a qualified practitioner. Once you’ve chosen your membership level, you will need to upload copies of your qualifications/supporting documents and process payment.

Once your membership has been approved, you will then be eligible to apply for our member-exclusive insurance packages.

Once you have been approved for your IICT membership, you are required to obtain insurance. There are four insurance pricing plans you can choose from, which you can find here:
You must be a current IICT member to be eligible for the IICT member insurance program. If your membership ceases you will not be offered renewal when your policy expires. In arranging this insurance for our members IICT is acting as a distributor of BMS Risk Solutions Pty Ltd (BMS) AFSL 461594, ABN 45161187980 (AUS members) and BMS Risk Solutions (NZ) Limited (BMS), FSP 696531, NZBN 9429047279339 (NZ members). This insurance policy is issued by BMS under a binder with Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s. When acting under a binder BMS is acting as agent for the insurer and not as your agent.
